· Experience in creating testing strategies
· Experience in creating testing execution
· Experience in agile testing
· Experience in managing team
· Experience in Automation framework development using Java
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area.
· Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
· Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
· At least 6+ year of strong experience in Agile Testing projects.
· Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
