• Experience in creating testing strategies
• Experience in creating testing execution
• Experience in agile testing
• Experience in managing team
• Experience in Automation framework development using Java
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
• At least 6+ year of strong experience in Agile Testing projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
