Job Description:
• At least 6 years' experience in IT, business or a related field
• Must have experience with Distribution Centers and Warehouse Management Systems, experience with Manhattan WMoS is required; experience with Manhattan DCMS and WMi2011 is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions
• Proven track record of working in a matrix and cross-functional environment, working within a scaled Agile framework
• Experience working with packaged and custom solutions using distributed product-based teams and release trains
• Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology teams
• Ability to solve sophisticated problems and take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
• Experience in logistical solutions and system modules, system interactions and dependencies, process flows, and system integration patterns desired
• Ability to lead projects and deliver solutions
• Ability to work with global teams with resources physically located in other geographies
• Ability to adapt communication style across cultures
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum preferred
• SAP experience a plus
