Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
· Experience with Microsoft Power BI and DaxStudio
· Ability to apply knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language to understand existing Power BI models and creatively solve problems
· Experience with workforce analytics concepts and metrics
· Experience working with Success Factors tables and reporting features
Nice to Have:
· Experience in learning and applying mathematical or data models
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Detailed Job Description:
· Strong analysis, summarization, and presentation skills Passion for detailed, analytical, and creative problem solving Experience in learning and applying mathematical or data models Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft Power BI and DaxStudio Ability to apply knowledge of DAX Data Analysis Expressions language to understand existing Power BI models and creatively solve problems Experience with workforce analytics concepts and metrics.
· Under the direction of our lead analyst, support HR data reporting and analytics
· Design and build reporting models supporting business decisions for HR and Finance
· Partner with other groups to improve data analytics automation and integrations
