1. xECM for Success Factors
2. xECM for S4 HANA
3. Employee File Management or Migration experience
Detailed Job Description:
1. Architect with overall around 12-18 years experience
2. Strong hands-on implementation and integration experience for xECM with SuccessFactors, xECM for S4 HANA.
3. Experienced on xECM customizations and integrations with other Leading applications
4. configurations of Workspaces, webreports, livereports, Object Importer etc.
5. Added advantage if the candidate possesses EFM Migration and Archive link configurations
6. Connected workspace and cross application integration using xECM
7. Advantage if Email integration, OCR capture solution implemented
8. Hands on experience in migration from on-Premises to Cloud
9. Experience/exposure in Records manager, and implementation of Retention, Disposition as well as Archival solution desired.
10. Added advantage if the candidate has SuccessFactors and SAP configuration experience
11. Should have worked on at least 4-5 implementations and integration projects having the integrations mentioned in point 2 above
12. Should have worked closely with the Enterprise architects of various customers and should be in a position to conduct technical workshops if needed
13. Should have worked in onsite-offshore model
Minimum years of experience: 12-18 years

1. Work closely with client Enterprise architect
2. Work in tight and time boxed timeframes
3. Work closely with onsite and offshore teams and coordinate the deliverables
