Testing Lead capabilities. Proficient in creating test Plans, test strategy, leading a test team, Requirement understanding
Leading a Test team
Onshore- offshore coordination
Proficient in SQL
Well-verse with Agile methodologies
Very good communication. Regular User/ client interaction
