Detailed Job Description
- Create and prioritize the User Stories as per DPC’s business requirements
- Review & baseline the high-level feature/business user stories for the assigned scope/release
- Maintain & owns the backlog of feature/business/technical user stories
- Resolve conflicts related to component functionality and scope
- Review the enabler stories regulating the capabilities, while maintaining high reusability and publishing the capabilities of the platform
- Lead the sprint planning exercise by involving the Business Analyst, Track Leads, Component Technical Leads, Tech/Domain Governance Leads, Domain Architect and Integration Testers of Tracks
- Attend Scrum of Scrum calls
- Reporting to the Program Management teams for regular updates
- Team coordination in global delivery model
