IDetailed Job Description:
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 8 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
• Applicable knowledge of .Net & UI technologies like Angular 5/6.
• Validate UAT test scenarios, test cases and test data requirements with test leads.
• Works closely with project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
