Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating those insights into actionable design strategies.
Craft compelling user narratives that inform the design process and guide decision-making.
Develop and implement a user-centered design (UCD) process, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the design lifecycle.
Human-centered design practitioner
Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use.
Partner with engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stages of the design and development process.
Stay abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies, continuously improving the design practice within the team.
Who You Are
A seasoned UX professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX design projects across digital and/or physical products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
A keen storyteller who can translate complex user insights into clear and compelling user journeys.
A passion for user-centered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) is a plus.
