Position: Technical IT Business Analyst III

Client: Domino’s

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Duration: 6–12-month contract

Team: Pulse 4.0 Store Data Administration

Overview: The Technical IT Business Analyst III is a crucial role within the Pulse 4.0 Store Data Administration team, contributing to Domino’s innovative web-based applications and API-based services. The incumbent must possess a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of the Pulse 4.0 platform and excel in maintaining complex operational data. Attention to detail is paramount in this role.

General Responsibilities:

• Understand Pulse 4.0 applications and services, collaborating with solution architects and business analysts to translate solution requirements into data needs.
• Create and maintain underlying operational data for Pulse 4.0.
• Conduct acceptance testing of features upon completion of development and assist in diagnosing data issues, liaising with subject matter experts as necessary.
• Analyze legacy store system configurations and data, collaborating on migration strategies and tools.
• Analyze Pulse 4.0 configurations and data, collaborating on data administration strategies and tools.
• Analyze and document data processes and procedures, innovating for improvements and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in large application initiatives.
• Proficiency in working with JSON files.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in both business-level discussions with stakeholders and technical discussions with peers.
• Ability to comprehend and convey complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of one or more programming languages; C# experience preferred.
• Familiarity with one or more operating systems; Unix/Linux experience advantageous.
• Understanding of database concepts; SQL experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RESTful API concepts and OpenAPI is beneficial.
