Job Description:

Requirement: 

• This is NOT a "Tech" role, we are not looking for an IT Project/Program Manager. We are looking for a candidate who understands the business context and communicate back complex data-oriented (Big Data) knowledge to Business Users, i.e., "selling Business Users on the value." Someone who has worked with data from a business standpoint.
• 70% Functional/30% technical: The 30% technical would be a candidate who understands technology and can translate to the business side/converse in technology and translate into Business Wiki language. Data strategy oriented candidate. Show at high level the value of data.
• Familiarity with Asana, MS Teams, SFDC, Looker, and basic database terminology will help this resource jump start into the role.

• Experience communicating/training business users on the value of account health metrics is a big plus. 
• The ideal candidate may come out of Salesforce, Facebook, Netflix, for example. Corporate experience is a must for this role.
• Looking for a quick study (Accenture-type individual) who can hit the ground running.
• Very sharp communicator needed for this role. 

The possibility of extension, depending on the success of short-term project goals being accomplished. 

Responsibilities:

To support this global organization of 900+ employees, a new Data & Insights program team is being established to work on cross-org efforts, such as common Account Health Metrics. 

This resource will help coordinate and track progress across a series of implementation projects critical to CSO Data & Insights success. These projects require someone who is a quick-thinker, self-starter with strong verbal & written communications. Ideally, the resource has experience on complex data projects that cross three or four teams of development resources. They must ensure deadlines are met, resolve scheduling issues, and track accountability. Keep key stakeholders informed of project progress and prepare reports for internal customers, management, and vendors.
