Job Description:

Support the tax transformation project by providing research and review through various CRM system and sales channels related to customer tax exemption support.

 

Support the tax transformation project by providing research and review through various CRM system and sales channels related to customer tax exemption support.

 

Employee would support staff in the reconciliation of our tax exemption records to our billing systems. Activities include:

 

• Perform and support reconciliations by state in excel based on downloads from billing systems and tax exemption certificate repository
• Review tax exemption forms for completeness and timeliness versus established departmental guidelines
• Research in CRM systems for existence of valid tax exemption forms
• Research and follow up with sales organization to obtain valid tax exemption forms. Contact customers as appropriate
• Loading and cataloging of tax exemption forms in the tax exemption repository (certificate capture)
• Support corporate tax in ongoing tax audit research of exemption support
