We need someone who is comfortable working independently and does not require micromanagement.  This person needs to have strong verbal and written communication so they can deliver documentation and consistent status updates on project work. This person needs to be able to roll with the punches and be comfortable working in a fast-paced priority shifting environment.   He/she may be involved in many different things once they come up to speed and needs to be comfortable not doing the same thing every day.
