Sr OPT Recruiter with 3 to 7yr experience

Location – Secunderabad

Salary – Open

 

·        Must have at least 3-7 years experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.

·        Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H4EAD candidates from universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources.

·        Maintaining an active database of OPT/CPT/H4EAD candidates.

·        Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

·        Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.

·        Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening & Skype,

·        Handle the whole OPT/CPT/H4EAD and other Visa independent recruitment process

·        Should have good knowledge of tax term, insurance & all benefit

·        Should generate bench month after month with good hold with consultants
