Job description:
· Salesforce.com certified
· Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes the Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Production Support.
· Experience with developing LWC and jesting packages using jest test packages.
· Experience with multiple CPQ application, Salesforce applications Clouds
· Highly experienced in devops tools usage: Bitbucket, Github, Jenkins, Azure, Maven’s mate, Source Tree and Cloud Bee’s.
· Highly knowledgeable about Salesforce setup menu, Configuration, custom Application Development, Administration, Data Migration and Deployment of applications to Force.com platform.
· Implementation experience of Salesforce.com applications like the Sales, Marketing, Health and Service clouds.
· Experienced in integrating multiple 3r party ticketing applications like Remedy and Service Now with Sales force.
· Integrated Jira with Service cloud to tracking Issues and create cases.
· Master of LWC
· Experienced in Salesforce.com Configurations by creating custom objects, various types of custom fields, links, buttons, record types, page layouts, user profiles, workflow approval, triggers, Data Validation rules, and Analytics.
· Hands on experience in Salesforce.com Development by developing the presentation layer in Visualforce and business logic in the Apex by creating/using the Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers, Controller Extensions, S-Controllers and Web Services API.
· Extensively exposed to creating objects, fields, Record Types, workflows, approval processes, Escalation rules, Assignment rules, validation rules, Email services, data migration activities, custom page layouts, custom fields and other standard functionality.
· Extensive experience in Creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Processes.
· Experienced in integration of Salesforce.com with external applications by using Web Services API, Metadata API, REST API, WSDL and SOAP.
· Experienced with Apex development in creating Objects, Triggers, standard Controllers, Custom Controllers and Controller Extensions.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Data Migration, System.
· Well Versed and extensive knowledge of building Internal and External Communities from ground up and Integrating with Service and sales modules.
· Extensive experience in using Force.com Eclipse IDE plug in to develop Apex Classes, Triggers and Visualforce Pages.
· Experience in enabling lightening for compatible components.
· Implementation experience of Multiple Live agent projects for various client and integrating it with Customer facing Portals
· Very good experience in writing Unit Test Classes for Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
· Experience in Object Oriented Languages like Java, J2EE, JSP, and Servlets.
· Used Force.com REST API Web services and Outbound Messaging for implementing web services to integrate External systems and websites.
· Experience in preparing Test Strategy, creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports for Manual and automated testing for various business applications.
· Experience in working with traditional Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies.
· Used SOQL&SOSL for data manipulation needs of the application by preprocessing records and generating Sets and maps to avoid hitting the Governor Limits.
