Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. 10 years Required Architecture Design and Development of Web Based Applications using Java/J2EE. 10 years Required Architecture Design and Development on IBM Platform using RAD and Websphere. 8 years Required Architecture Design and Development of Batch Processes using Java on RAD. 8 years Required Performance Tuning of Batch Processes. 8 years Required Direct and oversee the project team to ensure that the design standards are followed in the project.
