10 years of overall IT experience working across different projects in Salesforce preferably Telecom and media

Extensive experience of working on and leading Sales Service Cloud implementation and support projects

Detailed Job Description:

1. 10 years of overall IT experience working across different projects in Salesforce preferably Telecom and media.

2. Extensive experience of working on and leading Sales Service Cloud implementation and support projects.

3. Technically strong in designing, building Lightning Web Components LWC

4. Technically strong in designing, building APEX classes.

5. Experience in business process automation.

6. Designing, building and supporting integrations with different edge systems.

Minimum years of experience:

8-10 years
