• Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
• Implementation experience across both software and information stacks (open source and Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Proactively develops and maintains technical knowledge in specialized area(s) including the Integration, Application and Cloud platforms and remaining up to date on current trends and best practices.
• Proactively develops, maintains, and evangelizes technical knowledge in integration patterns and technologies like real time using APIs, streaming using Kafka, batch using Del Boomi and Attunity. Keeps up to date on current trends and best practices.
• Strong strategic and technical thought leadership and ability to align diverse opinions.
• Enforcing technical architecture and documentation standards, policies and procedures
• Organizes and maintains architectural artifacts.
• Guides and brainstorms with solution leads on bets possible implementation design.
• Work with Solution teams to implement and maintain the data architecture.
• Design data models and data pipelines to support the business requirements.
• Apply experience in data analytics space to advise on appropriate solution – analytics, automation, machine learning.
• Working with business experts and customers to understand business needs, and translate business requirements into reporting and data analytics functionality
• Assisting in scoping, estimation and task planning for assigned projects
• Following the project work plans to meet functionality requirements, project objectives and timelines
• Providing accurate and complete technical architectural documents
• Providing mentoring and hands on guidance to other team members
• Experience leading complex data and / or software Architecture and Strategies
• Take current problem domain and architect / design solutions that solve immediate business need, meet current standards and support principles and related reference architectures.
• Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.
• Ability to Identify high-value business opportunities and work with Business and IT stakeholders to realize business benefit.
• Work across diverse teams, perspectives and opinions and quickly build consensus.
• Produces IT strategies, reference architectures and roadmaps within data & software architecture domain based on business strategy, business and IT trends, and current and future architectures.
• Create and Maintain Technology Accelerators, Standards, and Decision Trees
• Create and Maintain Reference Architecture and Engineering Implementations
• Create and Maintain Training and Educational Materials for Solution Delivery Teams
• Create and Maintain Technical Position Papers
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Assist skill uplift across the IT enterprise.
• Aide adoption of cutting-edge solutions within the business by conducting training, coordinating demos.
• Support and influence delivery operations within platforms by continually looking for opportunities to streamline delivery, increase business value and measure platform value via metrics and measures.
• Support the creation of IT strategies and road maps based on business strategy, business and IT trends, and current and future architectures.
• Effectively communicate and influence others towards future state solutions and architectures. Evangelize the purpose and value of digital solutions including event driven architecture.
• Partner with application, information, integration, and infrastructure architects to help position appropriate usage of technology for segment solutions.
Qualifications
Required
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field Advance Degree preferred.
• Proven experience as architect - 8-12 years experience preferred.
• Recent experience in advanced Architecture Integration, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available services and solutions.
• Experience with Integration platforms like Kafka, Dell Boomi, Attunity etc.
• Working knowledge of Data Science methodologies
• Expertise in data lake and data warehouse concepts
• Deep experience with designing highly resilient HA/DR and resilient application in conjunction with the supporting technologies (i.e., Storage, Server, Network, Active Directory, Database, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience with DevOps/MLOps, automated build, and source control technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with Data Science concepts.
• Familiarity with web services (RESTful interfaces) and service-based architecture.
• Knowledge of prominent cloud standards and specification efforts (e.g., GCP.).
• Understanding of security standards, best practices, and designs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and influence skills.
Preferred
• Experience with Data Science teams
• Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics highly preferred
• Preferred Healthcare industry experience with hospitals, providers, and/or other healthcare delivery organizations
