📍 Role: Testing Lead – P&C Insurance Domain
💼 Experience Required: 12+ Years
🧪 Focus Area: Mainframe Modernization Testing Program

We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to lead end-to-end testing initiatives for a large-scale modernization program.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Define and drive overall test strategy & test approach
✔ Lead Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and E2E testing
✔ Manage testing activities across multiple Agile teams
✔ Coordinate cross-functional testing across policy platforms and downstream systems
✔ Ensure alignment with business requirements, compliance, and quality standards
✔ Manage test execution, timelines, risks, and reporting
✔ Present program updates and testing insights to senior leadership
✔ Drive AI-led testing initiatives using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 12+ years in Quality Engineering / Testing
✅ Strong P&C Insurance domain expertise
✅ Experience in Mainframe modernization / migration programs
✅ Hands-on experience with Jira, ADO/TFS
✅ Exposure to automation tools like Playwright and API testing tools
✅ Experience coordinating enterprise-scale integration and E2E testing
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience working in Agile environments
