Role Summary
Lead business analysis for large multi stream programs driving requirements strategy
process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality
outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance
Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRD FRD and end to end process design
Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA
Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs Support
Agile SAFe ceremonies UAT planning defect triage and delivery readiness
Skills Experience
1-5 years BA experience with 5 years in a LeadManager role Strong in enterprise analysis
AgileSAFe delivery and crossteam coordination Excellent communication facilitation and
stakeholder management skills Tools JIRAAzure DevOps SQLdata analysis Preferred
