🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst – Martech / Campaign Management 🚨

📍 Location: Alpharetta, GA

🏢 Work Model: Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Martech, Campaign Management, Customer Segmentation, and Marketing Platforms to support enterprise business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

🔑 Required Skills:

✅ 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience

✅ Martech / Campaign Management domain experience preferred

✅ Experience with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms is a strong plus

✅ Strong understanding of:

Customer Segmentation

Personalization

Campaign Lifecycle Management

✅ Experience with:

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Similar Marketing Technology platforms

✅ Strong Agile/Scrum experience

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience creating:

User Stories

Process Flows

Acceptance Criteria

Functional & Non-Functional Requirements

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

• Work closely with Solution Architects and Development teams

• Support campaign and offer strategy workshops

• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation

• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide insights

• Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
