We are looking for a strong Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer with extensive experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, ETL production support, performance tuning, and Power BI.
🔹 Required Experience
✔ 8+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS & MS SQL Server
✔ 2+ years of Cloud Technology experience
✔ Strong experience writing Stored Procedures, Functions & Triggers
✔ Production troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis
✔ Strong experience with SQL & SSIS performance optimization
✔ Database tuning involving queries, indexes, and table structures
✔ Monitoring and troubleshooting SSIS packages
✔ Experience with Power BI for trackers and dashboards
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Troubleshoot production failures and provide temporary & permanent fixes
🔹 Monitor SSIS packages for performance and reliability
🔹 Identify bottlenecks and optimize production processes
🔹 Document defects, root causes, and resolution steps
🔹 Communicate ETL load status and issue resolution to users
🔹 Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business teams, and third-party vendors
🔹 Resolve issues related to missing files, incorrect data, and external dependencies
🔹 Support user and communication management for production systems
🔹 Coordinate effectively with Onshore & Offshore teams
🔹 Participate in performance tuning and continuous improvement initiatives
