Role Overview

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions supporting Capacity Management, IT Operations, infrastructure monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Build custom applications, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and capacity reports.
• Develop integrations with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, REST/SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Support CMDB health, capacity planning, forecasting, automation, upgrades, testing, and L3 production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics
• Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• JavaScript / Glide API
• Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
• ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
• Capacity Management, planning, forecasting, and trend analysis
• AWS / Azure
• Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred

CSA / CAD / CIS / ITIL | Banking/Financial Services experience
