We are looking for a highly skilled Core Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development, multithreading, microservices, and distributed systems.

🔹 MUST-HAVE SKILLS

✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java & Backend Application Development
✅ Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot & RESTful APIs
✅ Microservices Architecture experience
✅ Kafka-based messaging & event-driven systems
✅ Strong understanding of Java Concurrency & Multithreading
✅ Experience with locking mechanisms, transaction management & inter-service communication
✅ Strong knowledge of OOP principles:
• Immutability
• Singleton Patterns
• Thread-safe Design

🔹 Technical Skills

☕ Core Java
⚙️ Spring Batch, Spring Data, Hibernate, ORM Frameworks
🗄️ MS SQL / Relational Databases
📊 Data Modeling & Performance Tuning
