Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 7 years of applied work experience OR Master's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
6 years of experience with automation testing, developing and executing automated test scripts using Automated Testing Tools (such as Selenium, Cucumber etc.)
3 years of hands on experience using Selenium and Cucumber
3 years of hands on experience with Java/J2EE concepts, object-oriented design and development
1 year of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining an innovative test automation environment including automation test framework design and development
2 years of experience with agile development (preferably SAFe), test driven development, advanced concepts of scrum, and knowledge of agile project tools, such as VersionOne
Minimum of 1 year of experience in analyzing metrics, identify dysfunctions, and make recommendations to senior management
Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

Prior Federal Government/Government/ large-scale corporate (e.g. enterprise) work experience
Experience working with cross-functional agile development teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM
Experience in analyzing metrics, identify dysfunctions, and making recommendations to senior management
Strong understanding of Java/J2EE concepts, object oriented design and development
Demonstrable knowledge of advanced concepts of scrum, Kanban, XP, and Waterfall
Good understanding of QA methodology and strong "hands-on” experience developing test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
Experience with source code revision control systems GIT and SVN
Experience with MEAN stack
Tools and technologies such as: WebSphere, RDBMS: Oracle, DB2, Java, SQL, Eclipse, RAD, Fortify, ALM/QTP, Junit, Selenium, Git, Jenkins, Gulp, Jsdoc, Gerrit, Jslint, Karma, and Jasmine, MySQL, Node.js
Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and SharePoint
Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis
