Working on Genesys PureEngage Cloud applications and contribute on IVR and Call routing design, development, testing and launch of contact center projects for our client. - What outcome or deliverables are expected at the end of this assignment? Design documentation, Development and provisioning using Genesys Designer/GAX/Agent Setup/GRAT, Testing (End to End) of changes, Production launch, Post production validation and monitoring.
