Position Details:
Position: HR Coordinator (local candidates)
Location : Foster City, CA
 
ATTRIBUTES:
·              Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
·              IMPORTANT – Ability to craft and work on confidential information
·              Ability to navigate throughout a global firm.
·              Strong attention to detail.
·              Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·              Executive communication with internal and mid level client leadership.
·              Budget and compliance conscience.
·              Strong project management skills
 
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Assist the CIO and talent team with Project Management and Talent Needs, responsibilities include:
·         Support talent acquisition and resource management
·         Managing support function and duties during Talent initiative like YE review and Talent action planning
·         Maintaining IT dashboard
·         Assist with IT Talent initiatives as Rotation and liasoning with the mentoring program partners
·         Assisting with confidential work for specific projects
·         Processing people movement in various Gilead systems
·         Analyzing Talent reports to provide insights and assist with actions that help keep projects aligned with firm metrics.
·         Crafting Talent and OCM related materials
·         Executively coordinate and communicate across all levels of internal and external leadership.
·         Assist with project deadlines onsite at various clients.
·         Being the coordinator to help build relationships with employees, external speakers as identified by HR head and assisting in WIT Programs.
