2. Industry tools usage experience for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect CR Document Control tools
3. Experience with Organizing Scrum Ceremony, Maintaining Product backlog, Sprint backlog, Release backlog, Sprint Burn down and generate Burn up charts
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management and facilitation skills
2. Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
