Job Description

* Must have skills (1-5):
Cisco UCS, Nutanix and VMWare
Qualifications Basic
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
* At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
Technical Expertise
* A minimum of 3-5 years of Cisco UCS, Nutanix and VMWare experience is a required.
* Technical knowledge and experience managing standalone servers,
Cisco UCS (including FI's, Chassis, MDS switches, Servers etc.),
Hyper-converged infrastructure and resources on public/private cloud.
* Support UCS B/C series server blades, Configure/Troubleshoot Fabric Interconnects, create Pools, Policies, Service Profile Template, server boot volumes and Zone server's storage
* Support Maintenance policies, host firmware policies, UUID pool, boot policies, LAN configuration, MAC address pools, VLANs, port channels, LAN pin groups, network control policies
* Upgrade Code (UCSM, FI and IOM)
* Configure the Cloud Management and monitor the services.
* Provision, support and decommission resources on Azure and AWS cloud as needed
* At least 3 years of experience supporting VMWare environment and must have
technical expertise in DRS, FT, HA, Cluster, Patching etc.
* Handling NOC escalations for performance problems and service outages.
* Handling backups, monitoring, audits and vCenter upgrades...
* Monitor/Troubleshoot SRM Issues.
* Troubleshoot Windows /Linux Servers O/S issues
* Certificate Management experience such as Symantec, Entrust
* Some experience with Hyperconverged infrastructure such as Nutanix, vBlock, FlexPod etc.
* Certifications such as VCP, Data Center etc. highly preferred
Others:
* Provide customer a roadmap to enhance and modernize internal processes -
through automation, orchestration of systems and workflows.
* Creating and updating virtualization process and procedures documentation.
* Creating daily, weekly and monthly operations and capacity reports.
* Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Good Understanding on ITIL process and Reporting
