- Must be able to Review Facets Configuration and transactional data for on and off-exchange business. Recommendations for completeness, accuracy, and database efficiency.
- Also, recommended use of additional Facets functionality.
- Configuration Lead for multiple Facets Implementations.
- Well-versed in a broad range of Facets application functions.
- ”hands on” experience in all phases of project life cycle methodologies, with particular emphasis on creation of project and test plans, scripts, documentation and report generation.
- Strong background in health insurance industry with particular focus on Benefits and customer service as well as extensive experience in configuration of TriZetto Facets Benefits.
- Demonstrated successes, having led to increasingly responsible positions in the areas of technology, product development, leadership, and project management.
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Healthcare provider, payer side of business understanding and implementation/portal development
