This includes various aspects like user, workflow, routing rules configuration, advanced conditions etc. Technical understanding of Argus is more important. o Excellent knowledge of Pharmacovigilance (safety). This includes business processes such as case intake, case processing (ICSRs). This is a must. o Strong BA skills with extensive experience as BA. BA experience with safety applications like Argus, ARISg, etc. will be beneficial. Nice to have skills * Tools: ALM-QC, MS-Excel (intermediate or advanced), JIRA. * Experience of working on applications such as agTracker, IRT etc. will be beneficial. * AI/ ML. * Application user guides authoring. Detailed Job Description * Stakeholder Management (Business Users, IT team, External Vendors) * Execute or lead consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions. * Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.
