= Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available:   Client: Infosys Job Title: Informatica Data Governance Lead Location: Maryland Heights, Missouri Position type: Contract Contract duration: 6 months+ extension possible Minimum years of experience required: 7+   JOB DESCRIPTION: DATA GOVERNANCE LEAD As a Data Governance Lead/Informatica Consultant you will work directly with the client to facilitate and lead the data governance program which will include metadata management and data catalog implementation. They should be ready to tackle the most demanding assignments, from handling data governance program for different verticals.   Desired Skills & Experience Strong Data Governance experience, Metadata management, data catalog and data lineage skills, Good experience in Informatica EDC/Axon or equivalent data catalog tools, aware of Teradata SQL, Data Warehousing and ETL concepts.   Job Requirements: * Understanding of core Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog tools like Informatica EDC/AXON, data warehousing technology: RDBMS such as Teradata, SQL Server * Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements * Application knowledge of the following industries will be preferred: Communications/Cable/Media * Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants * Ability to work under minimal supervision   Preferred: Communications/Cable/Media Industry skills   Job Duties (include but are not limited to): * Stakeholder management and end to end ownership of the Data Governance program, metadata management and data catalog implementation * Architect, develop, and maintain Axon/EDC system integration, data processing, storage, automation and reporting solutions * Develop and maintain automated APIs and ETL pipelines that support Informatica Axon/EDC product development and evolution at scale * Be part of all Scrum Ceremonies and actively engage in Grooming, Planning and Demo's * Work closely with Charter Data Stewards to steer the Functional requirements * Review and define data governance processes * Work with PO to help in Defining Product backlog , Feasibility ,and later review deliverables and provide overall guidance to steer program * Steer in Developing the Functional and Technical specs for the User stories * Define and design the technical methodology to implement policies, guidelines, tools, metrics, and standards for managing metadata and implement data catalog * Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success. Services may include: Implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements * Perform application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements * Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions * Lead and Mentor off shore team * Maintain and grow knowledge of metadata management functionality and technical skills   My timings are 9AM EST  to 5.30 EST.
