Job Title: Cloud Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Duration: 06 months+ extension possible No. of Positions: 1 Position Type: C2C Client: Infosys/ Citi Group Job Description: * Translates user and business needs into product backlog items (shared responsibility with PO) to achieve "definition of ready" * Collaborates with PO and squad on backlog item refinement to foster a shared understanding of what the product is supposed to do * Work closely with Business and AD teams to leverage IT resources to help achieve all project deadlines * Partner with PO and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the backlog * Required participant in all daily and ongoing squad calls * When applicable, creates documentation for stakeholders and/or provide information for others to create documentation (e.g. training materials, message specs, technical/functional design, etc.) * Act as proxy product owner when delegated Must Have Skills: * Should have knowledge on AWS. * Knowledge on Python/Terraform will be an added advantage. * Experience working with cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred). * Familiarity with diverse technologies and platforms * Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools - Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc. * Experience navigating ServiceNow * ServiceNow, SharePoint - experience and familiarity in multiple settings * Expert MS Office skills * Effective use of Excel statistical functions (pivot tables, etc.) Certifications Needed : NO years of experience : 8+ years Interview Process (Is face to face required?): NO
