Role:  SAP HTR - Workforce Software (WFS)  

Location: KANSAS CITY - Hybrid

  

Job Description: 

• 3+ Years work experience in Workforce Software with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103

• Should be an expert in using Workforce formula language.

• Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.

• Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.

• Good understanding on the workforce system flow .

• Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.

• Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc.

• Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge of XML is an advantage)

• Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging.

• Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.

• Good knowledge on SQL query and reporting.
