Position:              Oracle Database Support Project/ Delivery Manager

Location:              Atlanta, GA

Duration:             6-12 Months

 

Description:

Senior Project/Delivery Manager with previous experience managing projects, service requests and outage/incident responses of customers database team. Must be familiar with various database concepts, Oracle required. Ability to plan and manage technical resources to deliver projects, oversee delivery of tickets and be the representative of team to customers. Must have experience managing SLA’s, as well as prioritizing, negotiating, escalating and solving tickets/response issues with customers.
