* What is the timeline for the Interview panelist to complete the interview process? This is an immediate requirement, will try to conduct asap.
* What is your timeline to deliver the resource to the end-client? Client is asking to share the profile on priority.
* Start date of the project? asap
* Does this role require any travel? No
* Is there a possibility of some remote work? WFH is applicable for Irvine team until Covid19 threat, final call will be taken by client according to criticality of work.
* Minimum years of experience required? 8 to 12+ years
Education Qualification required: B-tech or equivalent
JD:
* Experience in installation, upgrading, configuration, monitoring supporting and managing in Hadoop clusters using Cloudera CDH5, Hortonworks HDP 2.3 RedHat/Linux Systems
* Expertise knowledge on ecosystem of CDH and HDP including HDFS, MapReduce, Task tracker, Job tracker, Hive, Hue, Flume, Sqoop, Zookeeper, YARN, Oozie HBase, Apache Spark and Kafka.
* Good knowledge on preparing the dashboards on the cloudera Manager to monitoring the health of the clusters
* Familiar with importing and exporting data using Sqoop from RDBMS MySQL/Postgres/Oracle
* Good experience in framework using flume for streaming logs and aggregating the data into HDFS.
* Good knowledge on the Network and VIP configuration.
* Expertise knowledge on components of CDH and HDP including HDFS, MapReduce, Job tracker,
* Good knowledge on the patching and failover of the cloudera cluster
* Expertise in troubleshooting skills in fixing the Datanode or Namenodes
* Refreshing UAT and Reporting instances with production data.
* Experience in Administering the Linux systems and storage to deploy Hadoop cluster and monitoring the cluster using Cloudera manager
