Job Title: Technical Product Owner (TPO)
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: 12 Months
Prerequisites:
* 10+ years of product owner or product management experience, preferably in enterprise or consumer software
* Prior experience working on projects relating to adoption of NextGen technology strategy, innovation, AI-led transformation, cloud strategy, cyber strategy, and data strategy
* Proven product management leadership experience to drive data and analytic product strategies from ideation to at-scale implementation
* Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder influencing abilities
* Experience working with distributed teams in Agile methodology and proficient in practices with adopted mindset
* Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
* Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
* Prior experience with the following: Product Development, Transformation at Scale, Strategic Decision Making, Communications, Organizational Design, Program and Policy Analysis, and Design and Implementation of Business Processes and Controls
