Job Title: ETL/BI Developer
Location: Providence, RI
Duration: 6 Months
Skills: Power BI, Clinical Data
Required Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of experience in the software engineering profession
* ETL (extract, transform, load) experience
* Business Intelligence knowledge creating/supporting dashboards and visualizations (using Pentaho {preferred} or equivalent)
* Knowledge and experience using Power BI
* Strong desire to learn new technologies and tools
* Strong SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgres experience
* Experience working with clinical data (and / or clinical standards i.e. HL7, FHIR, CCD)
* Performance and Database Tuning Experience
* Agile development methodology experience
* Working with and knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GIT, etc.)
* Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
* Experience with Cloud technologies
* Familiarity with DevOps practices
* Health care industry experience
