Detailed Job Description:
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields (Ex: engineering... )
3+ years of software development using Java J2SE
Hands on experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC and Spring Boot development frameworks.
Hands on experience with developing database driven solutions using ORM (Object Relational Mapping), primarily Hibernate & JPA (Java Persistence API)
Experience with both Java back-end & front-end development (JSP, Jquery, JS, CSS and HTML )
Good knowledge of build management & configuration using Maven / GIT / Bitbucket
Understanding of API automation frameworks (Ex: Rest-Assured) & DB automation using SQL & JDBC
Understanding of Design Patterns such as Singleton, Dependency Injection, etc.
Experience with TestNG and/or Junit and some familiarity with Selenium
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast pace agile environment
Strong XML manipulation & XML templating skills
Plus:
Knowledge of Derivatives - Trade Lifecycle
Experience with Jenkins & CICD processes
Good understanding of Testing Life Cycle including Test Designs, Test Cases Development, Functional Testing, Defect Preparation, Test Report Preparation
Some knowledge of Linux
