Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for managing the team, partnering with client on demand management, providing input on content strategy, support channel strategy, taxonomy design, roadmaps.
Meet with the key client Digital Stakeholders periodically to review and align on demand for the subsequent quarters and beyond.
Based on resource utilization reports, client and Infosys will decide whether to re‐deploy existing resources and/or to bring in new resources to address the requirements for any changes in resource demands.
Minimum years of experience*:5+
