Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for tracking deliverables across the team, project leadership, co‐ordination of matrixed teams, development of complex technical content, content authoring, content transfer, communications to internal client stakeholders (e.g. Knowledge Authors), driving adoption.
Responsible for managing the team, partnering with client on demand management, providing input on content strategy, support channel strategy, taxonomy design, roadmaps.
Coordinate support and/or maintenance required for the client Knowledge Management system (Upland/RightAnswers).
This role includes frequent meetings and interactions with different teams.
Understanding of support and ticketing procedures is essential.
