Must have skills:-
· Deep understanding of O365 REST and Exchange EWS API Scope.
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 configuration and maintenance, particularly Exchange Online.
· Knowledge of implementing Microsoft O365/EMS cloud services.
· Ability to integrate third-party applications into the MSFT email ecosystem.
· Proficient understanding of email sync and access methods such as Exchange Impersonation, Delegation and Master Service Account

Outreach needs an Exchange Engineer to help us write internal and public facing documentation on how the Outreach application integrates and communicates with Microsoft’s email ecosystem on premise Exchange and Office 365. Key areas of focus include Microsoft’s O365 REST API and EWS API permissions for Authentications and Authorization. We will need to document recommendations for least privilege access to the customer’s email environment while maintaining all the features of the Outreach application. The final deliverables will be a set of articles with guidelines describing best practices for secure configuration of various Microsoft email solutions when integrating the Outreach platform. The documentation will also provide an easy-to-read representation between what Outreach admins and users see in our UI to the functional flow on the backend across both Outreach and the customer’s email environment.
