Job Title: Kronos WFM Lead Consultant
Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 3 Months + extension possible
Qualifications
• Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance modules and Workforce Integration Manager.
• Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Fatigue Management, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
• Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Wokrforce Dimensions will be an added advantage
• Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective
• Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, Web services and standard Import Tables.
• Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML Imports with analyzing and debugging skills.
• Preferred experience in Oracle PL/SQL
• Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 2 projects) and upgrade experience (at least 1 project)
• Functional testing or automated testing in T&A and/or LFSO modules
JOB Details
In the role of Lead Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your WFM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.
