Job Details:
Minimum years of experience required: 7+
Must Have Skills
Must have at least 7-10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Commercial Lending domain, Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus
Knowledge and Experience of working in Agile - writing User Stories, Backlog Grooming, and acceptance criteria etc.
Nice to Have
Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus
Identify business and functional requirements by working with application end-users, and lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of those requirements
Detailed Job Description:
Must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst. Develop business cases, requirements, use stories, test plans, test strategies, and test cases
Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices
