Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
o Functional Knowledge on Healthcare Pharmacy and RxClaim, AS400
o Automation UFT, JavaSelenium Automation development, coding, unit testing skills is preferable
o Knowledge on HP ALM, Jira, Rally etc
o Able to guide on technical query resolutions
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Drive triage calls
2. Able to guide on technical query resolutions
3. Work in oniste and offshore model
