Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
· Must have at least 7-10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst.
· Strong experience in Commercial Lending domain, Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus
· Knowledge and Experience of working in Agile - writing User Stories, Backlog Grooming, and acceptance criteria etc.
Nice to Have:
· Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus
· Identify business and functional requirements by working with application end-users, and lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of those requirements
Detailed Job Description:
· Must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in Loans domain is preferred, Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus Knowledge and Experience of working in Agile Writing User Stories, Backlog Grooming, and acceptance criteria etc.
· Develop business cases, requirements, use stories, test plans, test strategies, and test cases
· Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
· suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices
