Job Description:
• Resource will be a SAP ISU Consultant with Billing Experience
• Experienced in the areas of Billing / Rates including Rate Process, Bill Print and Billing Related Exceptions
• Experienced in data correction in Production Systems
• Work with testing team ensure the data meets their business needs
• Business Functional expertise
• Experienced with Support Projects including
o Application Monitoring
o Incident Management
o Incident Resolution
o Training & Support
o Service Monitoring & Reporting
o Minor Enhancements
Must Have Skills
SAP ISU Billing
Minimum years of experience required: 10+ years
