* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific -Enterprise Data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
* Must be able to lead and provide guidance to other team members to ensure overall successful delivery of customer specific solution implementations for SAP reporting.
* Designing HANA Data Models, Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views, and Hierarchies etc.
* Experience with data provisioning (SLT, Data services), loading data from tables in HANA Database to BW data marts.
* Expertise in BW Performance Tuning of Queries by maintaining Aggregates, Compression, partition, indexing of info cubes and use of statistics for the same.
* Expertise in planning, designing, developing, distributing and maintaining Universes.
* Expertise delivering Webi reports using various data presentation techniques.
* Expertise in creating reports using Analysis for Microsoft Excel
* Experience in various visualization reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau)
* Ability to design technical architectures/blue prints for master data & governance across finance systems (Ledgers, Reporting & Budgeting applications).
* Experience with relational database (SQL).
* Ability to navigate large financial datasets, complex data issues, identify and resolve issues.
* Understanding of SAP planning and consolidations tools (BPC, Group Reporting)
* Working knowledge and understanding of Hyperion Reporting/Planning, ERP applications and Oracle DRM.
* Knowledge of Master Data Domains like customer/vendor/financials/materials.
* Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
* Effective communication/presentation/facilitation skills (oral and written).
* Excellent analytical skills where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult.
Self-motivated, team player that is task oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to manage and implement IT systems and demonstrate working knowledge of those systems
* Strong customer focus and ability to recognize impact of decisions on end users.
* Ability to prioritize efforts and tasks in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Required Work Experience
* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Business processes.
* Six or more years of relevant work experience.
* Six or more years of experience as Technical/Data Analyst providing solutions across finance systems.
* Good understanding of SAP architecture, SAP solutions & modules
* Experience in SAP S4 GL, SAP BW Reporting, SAP MDG.
* Experience in full-life cycle implementations in S4 HANA/BW.
* Experience working in multiple SAP BI suite of products.
* Experience with SAP HANA modeler studio.
* Ability to learn new technologies and approaches.
* Hands on experience with SAP Fiori.
