| Job Title: Workday Consultant | Core HCM Location: West Palm Beach, FL No. of Positions: 1 Duration: 12 months Years or Experience: 10+ years Job Description: Detailed JD - · Experience designing and developing application integration solutions in Workday, Service Now and/or equivalent systems including other on-premise and cloud (SaaS) solutions. · Experience with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite - Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management. · Experience with HR and/or other Corporate system implementations (e.g. Human Resource Management) and how data flows enable end to end business process across enterprise applications · Deep understanding and technical aptitude for data, application, and system integrations including ETL, web services, APIs and other methods for connecting enterprise applications. Technical Skills: - API development - Informatica development - Unix scripting - Java development for web applications Responsibilities: · Experience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, BIRT Reporting, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect(PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT · Develop web applications/IT integrations that interface with multiple HR data sources and distributes the data across the company · Experience with creating advanced reports and calculated fields & data analytics · Experience with creating formulas and/or macros in Excel · Experience with working with high volumes of data with focus on details and accuracy & resolving data issues · Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions · Develop and document Technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions · Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions · Experience in designing, building, and maintaining IT solutions · Must be knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies · International experience is a plus.
