Handling issues and requests from Business Users, Testing teams and other application support teams. Working with Development teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.        Minimum years of experience:2-6 years Certifications: No   Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Good interpersonal and facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
